CanTina Brighton is catering company based in the vibrant seaside City of Brighton and Hove. With a 20 year stint in London restaurants, a culinary degree combined with a massive passion for food, I launched in summer 2010. My food style is globally eclectic with an emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients, think herbs, spiced, textured, light, fresh, deep, round and big flavours. My cooking is creative, interesting and of course utterly delicious. CanTina began by selling at local food markets and events and now - thanks to its gorgeous band of loyal followers - the business has blossomed. CanTina now offers a private catering service for parties, dinners, weddings and other occasions.
